Card / Poker Night
On our way home from parent's place this afternoon, my husband said that he wanted to go play cards/poker tonight in a friend's place which my father-in-law will also be an attendee. I actually thought about suggesting it when Mom informed us that Dad will be going to a poker night, but I forgot. I'm quite glad that my husband thought about going :) I wanted him to give some time alone with friends and other people just like this kind of get-together time.
He jokingly told me that if he will be home early, it means he lost. LOL. Crazy one. Before he left home, I took his hands and put it on my belly and said that Evie is giving him "good luck" as he plays. I hope he wins. I know it will make him happy. But win or lose, what's important is, he's enjoying.
