My Household Participates Census 2010
Have you filled-out and mailed your Census 2010 form yet? Well for us in our household, we finally finished filling up the form. My husband said that the Census is "only" conducted every 10 years. Therefore, the next Census will be administered on 2020. How cool is that?
Sending back the form is very important, not only for the government, but most of all to the people living in this country. According to the attached letter from the Director of the U.S. Census Bureau, the responses they get from the recipients will help the government determine the budget that will be allocated for various community services rendered to children, the elderly, public work projects, and other public needs. Also, the U.S. government assured the privacy of the respondents' personal information and should not be something to be worried about.
You should take pride on taking part for this endeavor. The little time it asked of you to answer and mail back the form is so small compared to the whole effect of your participation. Everyone (which includes your family, friends, neighbors, community) benefits from this undertaking.
