AOS Update
We got a good news from USCIS last Tuesday. They sent a letter to inform us that they have reviewed my application and came into a decision to reopen it. What a relief! We were advised to wait for another correspondence from their department once all action on their side are completed.
As promised on the letter we drafted last week in the USCIS Phoenix office, we went this morning to talk to an immigration officer. We actually didn't need to go since we already got a notice from them. But hubby wanted to make sure that everything is ok.
The immigration personnel checked my application and confirmed that it is being reopened. For now, all we need to do is wait within 60 to 90 days (from the date the notice was made) from the government regarding their decision. If in case we don't get any letter from them, we were told to go back to their office to inquire the status.
Hopefully and prayerfully in few days to come, we will get another letter informing us the new date of our interview.
